starter question....
its OBD1 and i was wondering if i could take parts from an OBD2 starter to work on my b series?

i should have been more descriptive sorry, when i start the car it will start some times, and some times it will make a pop noise, coming from the starter.. does anyone know what i need to replace in the starter? or what it is, that makes it pop? and not start?
