stalled
Just about an hour ago I was driving home from work, as i stopped at a light my car stalled, and would not start... It makes the cranking noise.. but then nothing. I'm not entirely car savvy so I'm not really sure what to look for. I ended up pushing the car into a neighborhood until I can get back to it in the morning to see if I can see what I can do. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!
I also did a quick search and didn't see anything that helped. Car is a 1992 Civic Si with stock d16z6 & dc header.

would that require a new distributor or is the ignition coil replaceable? as well how could i verify that is the issue?

sounds ot me like you better figure it out before your car mysteriously disappears from that neighborhood.
if i were you i would not waste my time posting, asking questions. i would be searching, writing down/printing every single thing i could find.
then i would sort it from cheapest/simplest to expensive/complicated. then i would take my mysterious *** to the auto parts store, grab a few things, take a bag of essential tools with me (8-17mm sockets, few open end wrenches, pliers) and go fix my ******* car before someone fixes it for me.

well i went back to the car today, basically it came down to the car having a blown ecu fuse.. after i replaced the 15amp fuse, it started for about a minute, but then died, and once agian didn't not start, but it didn't blow the fuse this time. I ended up replacing the dizzy cap & rotor, as well I replaced the ignition coil, once i replaced that it stated, went about 5 feet then blew the ecu fuse again.. I ended up using a 20amp fuse to get the car home (yes i know you're not supposed to use a higher amp than factory) . So any idea what could be causing the ecu fuse to blow?

Re: (mogge)
Alright, so I got the 15amp back in and was looking for a short or grounded wire and I came across the o2 which had oil on the 4wire connector.. So I assume it seeped in.. Anways I disconnected the o2 and it started right up and I had it running for about 5-10 minutes.. So im assuming that was the issue. Feedback is welcome

Re: (mogge)
A honda mechanic once told me that sometimes the O2 sensor will feed power back to the ecu and the engine wont start, something along those lines anyway. thats the only time i've ever heard of anything like this.
