You already have dual springs on the intake side. Single on exhaust.

Find another set of duals and swap them into exhaust side.

If you wanna get into after market valvtrain, supertech is one of the best.

There are some more & less aggresive stage 2 cams out there.
Ctr cams are Intake lift 11.5mm, duration 243 Exhaust lift 10.5mm, duration 235

At what point do you upgrade springs?

CTR and 00-01 ITR (same cams) are ok, but mild, equal to that of a stage one from most companies

I have both Edelbrock and Skunk2 stage 2 cams for two different engines, both of which are a lot more agressive than any oem cam Honda has to offer

Start a thread i the all motor section man. Cams with bigger lift will have lower rpm valve lift, its a fact. Is there an exact number, i doubt it
