Default Squirrelly steering

I can't figure out what's causing it, but my steering is really sensitive and jumpy. Whenever there's a pothole or rut in the road my car wants to pull really hard into it. I've checked (I think) everything and nothing seems to be loose and I also got an alignment. It was doing it before the alignment, so I hoped that would fix it but it hasn't. Any ideas??

never hit anything, I've checked all the joints, my rack is brand new, no swap. I just replaced my breaks so I looked in there, didn't see anything funny. My suspension still feels fine, turns fine...
