Squeaking Clutch... Anyone else have this problem?
While I was driving today I heard my clutch squeaking when I stepped on it. I was just wondering what I should use to make it not squeaky anymore. I was thinking WD-40 or some machine oil but I don't know where to spray yet. If anyone else had this problem let me know how you fixed and delt with it

Re: (stripes777)
i had this prob too, i took a little wheel bearing grease and put it on the shaft coming from the fire wall to the pedal itself and used a little WD40 on the spring worked great for me

Change the springs in the clutch pedal. I think there is two. Then take never-seeze and coat the springs and the rod that pushes the clutch master cylinder. There is a black rubber boot around the rod. I just sprayed the rod and boot with never-seeze too. After all this it has never squeeked again .
