spittin and boggin
i got a 95 DX just put back on the road, and i'll go to take off and the engine bogs nad looses power for a sec and does this a few times in every gear. Its been sittin for about a year without acual road use so im thinkin compression is off and it need a tune up. This is just my estimated guess cuz it sounds like exhuast just stops commin out the pipe for a sec. Any input?

Pull the distributor cap off and inspect the cap and rotor contacts for corrosion and wear -- clean or replace if necessary. Also check whether the plugs are fouled and inspect the air cleaner.
