Default Speedometer help

Any way to lower the milage on my cluster? The engine got swapped and I want my cluster to reflect the new milage

The mileage of the cluster has to read the mileage of the chassis. It doesn't matter if you buy an engine with 10 miles on it, if your chassis has 300k miles that's what the cluster has to read.

I know that didn't answer your question but that's the rules.

I feel what your trying to do though. I hate looking at my cluster and seeing all those miles when I know my engine is fresh; too bad the rest of the car isn't the same.

It's easy! take your cluster apart...the lil wheels with the nubers are clipped in soooo pop them out a bit and spend a lil time rolling them back...or....pop it right out and set the numbers then clip it back in....it's easy...hard to explain.
