Default Speedo/cluster not working right?

*I did use the search function, but the problems they are having don't quite match mine*

So I just bought a 1992 CX with a b18 motor. The speedo doesn't flutter or anything, when Im completely stopped, it shows zero, but as I accelarate, it seems like the speedo accelerates faster than my actual speed. (For instance, I am going 60 miles an hour and the speedo says 90).

I don't know if this is a seperate issue, but I figure its worth mentioning. The lights on my cluster go on and off randomly, turn signals always work though. Anytime I turn the car off, the clock resets. And when the turn signals are on, the clock dims with every click. I'm going to the scrap yard tomorrow to pull parts, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
