Default Spark Plug Question??? About Heat Range????

Like the topic says.
What heat range does a all motor D16Z6 with I/E/H & XS engeneering chipped ECU use?
I'm asking using NGK's heat range chart
I know it's inbetween 5-8, but which heat range is best, hotter or colder?

http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/t...untry=
will this help? it got to do with what you got done to your motor. for example if you have turbo you should use colder plug to help out detonation.

NEVER use a different (especially hotter) plug than noted by manufactures for your car/model/year. If you are plagued with an over-rich running problem (fouled plugs) one step hotter heat range can be a temp solution until you correct the real problem(s).
