Default Solid CEL/Code 0

Hi guys, first post here but have been browsing notoriously through threads to find out how to fix my Solid CEL problem. I have a 1994 Honda Del Sol VTEC (b16a3 motor) and I jumped the 2p wires to pull the check engine light code and it gave me the solid light. The engine turns ON just fine, just idles really low. I checked the ground on the thermostat and it seems fine, I even replaced my thermostate/thermoswitch (because the radiator fan didn't turn on...which it still does not and I am still trying to figure that one out...)

Do you guys think I need a new ECM because I don't have the test harness that the Helms manual wants me to use..

Thanks

P30 ECU, original one I think. Is there a way to check which one I am running?

Is it a solid cel staying on with the key in the on position engine off? If so it's either your ecu or main relay

Yes, when the key is on the ON position with the 2p connected bridged.

If the car turns on fine and runs okay it couldn't be the main relay then, right? Is there anything else I can do other than the ECM that could fix this solid CEL?

I cleaned the ground on the thermostat, code is now gone. Guess I didn't clean it enough the first time. Code free!
