For some reason, I'm questioning if you actually got the swap. lets see (grin) is it a SOHC or DOHC 95 si (i know, do you?)

come on now damn im not a f***in *** im gonna run turbo on it i was to that vtec was the equivlent of 2 pounds of boost so i want to have it on the side to see if it even makes a difference. damn i thought this site was hella tight but this is messed up i look for help and i get clowned. thanx alot people

Installing a switch in the VTEC wire coming from the ECU will accomplish what you're asking. However, keep in mind that, although you'll be preventing VTEC from activating, the ECU will still be switching to the VTEC fuel and ignition maps, which won't be ideal if the engine is being kept on the small lobes.
A much better idea is to simply leave VTEC functioning and have the setup properly tuned.

Yeah, dont mess with VTEC, period. It is meant to engage and Honda put it at specific point to take full advantage of its "powers" Just leave it alone is all we are saying.

just leave it be. and since youve gotta 92, its already done right.
if you really wanna know theres a black wire with a blue stripe on it. put an interrupter switch on there. thats the VTEC solenoid ground wire.
