Soft Gring/ Pulsing Noise from front end - WTF could it be?
I got an annoying problem. took the car off the road for 8 months to build it up. Just got it back on the road, dropped 2.5" all around, did new pads n rotors in the front, new built motor shifter etc etc
When im driving I hear this noise, to me it sounds like its the tires hitting fender (about 1/2 finger gap in front) but there is no wear marks
Th noise increases the pulses and how quickly they are based on the speed, you cant hear it much over 40 though, but down in the 10-20 area you can hear it slowly but surely
Its not like a metal on metal grind, its just like a soft grind.
It happens when turning, straight, accellerating, breaking, doesnt matter never goes away
I dont know where to start
Let me know what I can check and how I can fix it CHEAP please
Thanks guys

If you didn't replace your driveshafts when you did the build-up, or even if you did, it could be either of the universal joints (yeah I know that's the wrong word for them, having a brain fart on that word right now).
