So I broke 70% of the clips...
in my haste to start the project car....
stripping the interior was tops on my list....off came the plastic screws and 10mm bolts holding down the two rear panels in my 93 Si hatch.
"Cool this is gonna be easy like my Integra."
famous last thoughts.
I tugged...pulled.... jerked, pried, sweated and tried to be careful..... My rage exploded and I just started yanking like a madman....
what sounded like a popcorn popper exploding was actually my panels coming off the car.... further inspection revealed all the clips holding the panels actually came off the plastic and stuck into the metal slots of the car body.
I initially began trying to salvage the clips by removing them without destroying them....but eventually my lack of patience and ....again.....rage took over and I just started yanking the **** out of everything.
I've ruined all but maybe one clip..... 3 look like they can be bent back in shape....does Honda sell these things!?
for me.... and for lack of patience....

Haha, i did the same thing about a month ago. Yeah it was a bitch. and i also got some clips stuck in the metal grooves in the rear cabin instead of on the rear panels.

Sorry to hear that your rage messed up your interior parts man. I pulled all of my panels pretty easy, but I took my time with it and did not manhandle it that much. ;}

Re: (JMU1337)
Thanks for the insight guys....
I never messed these up before on my G3 Teg.... the panels themselves are fine..... I guess the swift tug I gave them saved the plastic tabs.....
I spent the afternoon trying to fit a cage and end up busting stuff up and adding insult to injury.... the Teg cage doesn't fit the Civic well enuff to warrant taking it to the welders....
to a complete waste of time!

But the experience you gained was well worth it.

Re: So I broke 70% of the clips... (RagingAngel)
I took mine out a month ago and now I have bolts that I do not know where they go.
Some of the clips were left on the car but i think they can just slide into the panels again. Prolly wont be as effective though.
