snapped a bolt.
i snapped the lower left corner vavle cover bolt...i was wondering what exactly do i have to do to replace it..do i have the replace the head stud or what. also is it going to cause any problems (i doubt it) but just a question to ask? TIA

Try pulling the valve cover and spinning it out with a pair of pliers and replace? Or what you can do if theres enough thread showing, thread 2 nuts onto it, tighten them together, and then using a box end wrench try backing it out using the lower of the 2 nuts. Or if you snapped it off at the head, drill & tap.

Yes, it will potentially cause a leak.
If the stud isn't completely broken off in the head you can probally remove the valve cover and pull it out with some vice grips. If it is, time to use some EZ=Outs.

if its completely broken down th where you cant get ahold of it with vice gribs... try a tap and die set.. meaning u drill that out and cut new treads
