Smog Question???

Could I use a obd1 95 p72 on my 97 jdm b18cR(callin it a gsr motor to the rep) and pass smog in cali? BTW my car is a 95 civic

they might question your intake mani...smog ref's know the difference between the gsr intake mani and the itr intake mani or maybe that the gsr is upside down and the others are not...
