Gross polluter??? Post your readings- no load and load conditions will give a better idea of what's going on

my cat is very old...the guy i bought the car from said that he hasnt smogged it in since 98...the motor has 300,000 miles on it...the smog guys said that the gross is supose to be at 7...mines at 25
