smells like gas??

when im driving around town or parked with the car on or off it smells like gas bad. its been like this for like 1 and a half months. its stinkin up my garage even when my car is off. anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

gas leak I am guessing....is anything on the ground under your car or anything?

use a lighter around the area with the strongest gas smell...j/k

check your fuel lines....have a buddy prime your fuel pump and check for a leak.

Its not really worth bumping unless you have more info for us. Any number of things could cause that. There are many parts in the fuel system that could be leaking.

check your gas lines. one could be cracked. It happened to me.

same problem going on with my hatch. Already checked for leaks and nothing. Smells real bad when i turn on the car only though.

That's what I was kinda leaning toward too. I run rich and when I start the car I can smell the nice scent of gas mmmm..usually goes away when I start driving though.
