you also might have to get those metal collars pressed on if you cant tap it on.

thanks for the info, I dont have direction for where it goes. Does anyone have pics of what it might look like on an Ek?

if you hold just the shock up, and place the coilover onto the perch, it will move and rattle... the rubber ring goes inbetween the coilover and the shock... good luck
