SIR2 Cams in Non JDM B16a2????
Hi my name is sam i am from the UK and i have an EG6 Vti with honda's baby DOHC vtec Engine. I have the normal non jdm b16a2 158hp, i know the cams from the sir2 will fit in the head but does anyone know if the ECU or CAM GEARS are different in the sir2 engine. Basically will i get 167hp from my engine by installing these cams????? or is their more to do??

Yes they will fit, but they're not that much better than B16 cams, very neglegible. Be better off fitting CTR or ITR cams.
No, the SiR also runs slightly higher compression.

would i acheive the correct compression if i skim the head, going to change head gasket anyways so would it be worth while??

I wouldn't mill the head, just try a thinner head gasket. Decking should be reserved for when the surface has to be trued, once you take it off, you can't put it back
