well i got the car to start and drove it back to my house.. what do u mean by WOT? all i know is that my car warmed up in like 2 mins.. it was a pretty shaky ride

depends on how long you drive it and how you drive it.
If your tuner is close by, you should be ok as long as you keep the throttle up and the RPMs down. (ie stay in closed loop)
If he's more than 45 minutes away you may want to send him the ECU (or deliver it via a different car) and have him chip it with a B20 basemap, then drive the car there with that.
If you have the ability to adjust fuel pressure you could always run it up to 68-70 psi to get the extra fuel it need. Of course you'd have to lower it back to 45 for the tune.
