What would be my best option as far as which ecu to run?

From experience, you should run OBDI and look for a PR4 ecu. It seems to run better on the B20 than an obdI P75

Should I use a PR4 with a b20 basemap or will just a stock PR4 do the trick. This is going to be my DD and only plan on adding I/H/E

You should get your self an obd1 ecu and have it tuned. any stock ecu is going to be detuned for a b20 engine. The bigger displacement needs more fuel than an LS ecu will provide not to mention its designed to run with 87 octane, timing and 90+ octane make a big difference in both the b18 and b20. If your going to be adding I/H/E you should definatly have it tuned to see the potential otherwise dont bother. And no you shouldnt drive it on a base map, its a base to start with not a tune to drive with
