what would be the best way to break em loose? its just the bolts that go to the subframe... the others come right out. im upgrading my rear sway and they being a bitch. so jack up the car and take the wheels off; then take off the bolts that go to the struts and brakes first? then mess with the frame bolts so they will have less of a bind on them? im gonna use a better impact later and need some advice. any1?

pb blaster seems to work a bit better than wd-40 in my experience. be damn careful on that frame bolt breaking that bolt loose with a strong impact might snap the bolt. then youre realy up **** creek if you can get the rest of it out. good luck.

pb blaster yeah..i was trying to think of the name so i said wd40. pb blaster does work real good. And if you brake a bolt..like I did. You can cut a hole with a grinder in the subframe and fit a wrench and a new nut in there and put a dif bolt in. (worst case I guess)

Re: siezed lca's
I stripped my LCA Bolt and had to grind it down to a 1/2" then hammer the 6pt 1/2" socket on it, then blow torch the other side after spraying it with *** tons of WD40 and melting some heat shield around my drums..but it came off.
Dont break that bolt..its like $8 to get a new one from Honda...was $6.10 for me.

get a mallet and tap it, and hit it with pb blaster. i lowered my car on coilovers with a hand ratchet and some sockets, should have sprayed everything with pb blast a week before you take them off, then drive around to get it in there. i didnt break a single bolt this way

that's what i did, but i sprayed it off and on for about a month (had to wait for my shocks anyways) and gave the control arm and bolt a couple of taps just in case, and off the bolt came. PB Blaster, :thum bup:: thumbup:
