SI vs VX harnesses...
I want to swap a 92 si engine in my 91 dx, but the guy is giving me a vx harness with the engine. Is it the same as the si harness? If not, what are the differences?
Thank you,
Charles

you are putting a OBD1 motor and harness in a non-OBD DPinjected chassis. you are gonna have to mix and match parts and rewire

use the current 91 DX wiring harness, change the wiring for MPFI setup, then add the 2 wires for VTEC. You should aslo use A6 injectorsfuel rail along with the resistor box.

No, it's more than than. I'm using the 92 ecu and dist. I have to rewire everything. I'll probably get a conversion harness...

I know, that's what I just said! I'm probably going to use a conversion harness. I wanted to rewire it all myself at first, but that's too much work.
