Re: si seats into eg. PLEASE HELP (jdmeg693)
--take the rails off your seats in the EG
--Take the rails off the crx seats
--see if the holes match up
--If no,
--mount hte eg rails to the floor,
--move the sliders all the way to the front
--set the seat on the rails a bit closer then you would normally sit
--make sure everything is square
--now there are 2 ways to do it
1- drill holes in the rails to match the holes in the seats
2- drill holes in the seats to match the rails
your choice
--mark the new holes will be
--remove seat
--drill holes
--remove rails from floor
--mount rails to the seat
--re-install
--repeat with the other side
HTH
I have mounted many different kinds of seats to honda rails, it is easy, just take your time to make sure everything is square or else you will hate siting in the new seats. I personally prefer welding, but i dont know what tools or skills you have at your disposal
