Short shifter question?!
Installed a short shifter on a '97 EX, but some reason the shift linkage touches the exhaust when I shift. I 've installed a short shifter before, but never had this problem. You guys have any recommendations/ suggestions?

Yeah, bend the exhaust hanger some to lower the piping. Just grab onto it with pliers and make the bend tighter so it will sag more. It doesn't take much, but if you don't do it enough, you will know. Better yet, just remove the exhaust heat shield...
