Default short shifter question

I was just wondering what the best short shifter would be for a 2000 civic EX ? I'm in germany so whatever I get will probably have to be via Ebay or other internet shopping.
will be my first DIY

For Real I didnt know they had them on hondas lol im 92 ex can go over 120 at least I tried when going down a big hill lol
