Short shifter

Short shifter
Im sorry this probably isnt in the right section but i wasnt sure where to put it.
Last sunday i bought a short shifter off of ebay. (save the flaming thats not the point of the story) and i received an email saying it was shipped on monday. i thought ok it should be here by friday (the 27th of february) i have still yet to recieve the shifter and its march 5th. so i emailed the guy yesterday and i havent gotten a response. So i decided to do some digging and discovered there is no record of the transaction in "my ebay" and there is no sign of the seller anywhere on ebay. But i have the conformation emails in my email inbox. I cant figure out whats going on.
the sellers name was "the23rdletter"
