Have your rims checked. Pull off the wheel and shake the rotor laterally. If there's a lot of play, its a bad wheel bearing, which would most likely be the culprit.

Maybe you deserved this for doing 145 mph in an uncontrolled environment. Save high speeds for the track.

yeah.. but a object spinning at 145 mph is much different... you can't tell that a tire is out of balance / round, just by looking at it.

you also might have something else wrong..

how in the hell does you car go 145...

and WHY THE F$%@ are you going so damn fast anyways!? The is NO REASON for going that fast on a public road.
It's dangerous, stupid, irresponsible, and rediculous. What might happen if you hit a pot hole at 145?

Just consider yourself lucky to be alive. I hope you said 145 just trying to act cool, which by the way isn't. You're fairly new and probably don't have much common sense, but people on H-T don't give two ***** about little ****** that can reach a top speed on a Honda. You make everybody else that drives a tuned Honda look bad when you're seen blazing down an Interstate pulling 140+ mph.

Check your wheels and keep your leadfoot off the gas. You think you're in control, but WTF do you do when an animal runs out on the road at 145 mph and there's a family of four in the slow lane next to you?

anytime you have a major incident with a pot hole or a curb, it may not be a bad idea to have your alignment checked too.
