Default Service intervals

Hi,
I have a Uk spec CRX VTi (B16a) 1994 standard except for AEM CAI.
Could you tell me how often you should clean/replace the CAI filter? If it is cleanable how do you do it and what do you use?

How often do you change plugs/leads? My OEM have not been changed (or plugs) in the 2 years I have had it. Is is a case of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" or should I change em out?
Is it worth paying out for geniune Honda plugs/leads or is there a cheaper/better alternative?

Thanks
Dave

Clean it when it's dirty using the K&N recharger kit. Usually around 30 - 50K depending on your driving conditions.

Sparkplugs should be changed every 30K. Plug wires should be changed when they are damaged, rubber starts to crack etc. I wouldn't use anything but OEM when replacing them.
