Default Serious or not?....URGENT!

I was driving home today from Youth Group...and I noticed my car has a fluttering sound to it. Its espcially noticable when you punch it, and let it run up about 1k rpms. It sound's like there is a flap in the manifold or something. There is also a metallic sounding flapping coming from underneath the hood.
It sound's like a WRX, but its never sounded like this before. And when I take it up to 4krpms or so(in 5th gear), it has the bubbly sound...like its running rich. I took it to Inline today, for John to adjust my v-afc cause I upped the boost from 5-8, and this afternoon is when I noticed it.

When it idles, it has a consistant rumble to it...like a V8.

What should I do?

Am I running rich?

Did a vaccum line come loose or something?

Is it the wastegate?

Should I be concerend? I'm gonna take it to InlinePro tommorrow and see what they say!

*Update*

I went to start it this morning, and it barely started. I rev'ed it up to 3k or so a couple times, and when I let off, it would drop down to 500rpms or so, then go up to 800(where it usually idles).

So had a loud "knocking" sound to it? It sound's like a metal sheet is flapping under the motor or something.

Could I have thrown a rod or something? Valve? Bad gas?

I really need to know, cause I'm hoping to sell my motor/turbo setup soon, and it its screwed...then I'm screwed.

Are you throwing any CEL's?
Maybe you have a leak?

communication is a very important human skill.. maybe you should work on organizing your thoughts and actually coming up with a good description of what your car is doing. your previous posts are so jumbled and confusing that i have no idea where to even start.

I had very very similar problems and it was a thrown rod bearing. Bad idle, weird noises when reving, horrible idle surging.
What motor is this happening to?

A few people told me it could be due to running very rich...sound reasonable?

I'm going to remove the spark plugs, clean out any flooding, put in new spark plugs, lean out my v-afc, and see what happens!

Check the plugs for deposits to tell if you're running rich or lean.
