Default Secondaries!!!!

I've got a 93 civic cx witha JDM B18c swap and everything is perfect all wires ran except for the secondaries. I've gone without them for a while and the car ran a 13.9 but i still would like to try to hook them up. A friend told me to connect A17 to A20 but there is no wire coming out of A20. tried to get the wire plug from un unused harness i had and connected them but i Don't really notice a diffrence. Any one got some good info on this subject?

I had to mess with this for a lil bit, you can notice that when your car is off the secondaries are open, if you notice the little control on the side of the manifold for them, when you turn your car on they will close shut, and only at lets say 5700rpm on the p72 ecu they will open, the signal will make them open so your vtec has the extra air it needs. i believe it might be the opposite, A20 to A17.. correct me if im wrong guys.
