Gonna buy a jdm d15b swap here from hmotors within the next few weeks, and I have a few questions as to what all I should get. I'm currently rockin' a 93 vx with 180k miles. I know it's all wired up for VTEC already so no harnesses right? Do I need to swap out the axels (no reason to do it if I don't absolutely have to... not gonna be in too many situations where they're gonna snap)? I'm gonna get the hydro tranny cause the VX gears are super long and all that. What type of ecu to run? p28 (plannin on boostin in the future)? Any other parts I would need (distributor etc.)? Sorry for my newbieness but this is gonna be my first swap and I wanna do it right. Thanks for all your help .

keep the stock axles, get ex/si tranny, get p28, and wire up for 4 wire o2 end of story. Distiributor you need is from a z6 you can use your vx one for a little bit but one bolts isn't going to fit (you might need to cut one of the legs off too).

I think distributor should come with the motor though not sure. Also couple of sensors might be or prolly will be broken.
