i was also wondering which is better, i know im getting an ACT extreme pressure plate with street disc but im not sure whish flywheel to get. Anyone with experience?

I run the Pro-Lite and am very happy with it. No idea about the exedy
I did notice on that website above... the ACT is cheaper and .3lbs lighter....
