Default S2k Cluster Swap?

How hard is this to swap into a 99 Si?

Has anyone done this before, and if so how functional was it?

Will I need anything, other than the cluster and wiring? My current cluster is a Ex manual cluster. Idk why the previous owner changed it, but regardless, I was thinking of putting the stock Si cluster back on, but I really like the S2000 clusters.

Thanks

Why do you think I've posted on here?

Because I've already google it.

The only tutorials you can find on google/yt is 92-95 civics, some crx, and even del sol.

I didn't find any for 96-00 civics, or especially 99-00 Si.

I too am interested in this! I hate smart *** people and their comments. As if we haven't already tried researching this before we ask for advice.

Thanks for trying.

That isn't what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a write up to put it right ito a 99-00si, probably a 96-00 civic write up would work too.

That one write up looked like it might work but it's some DIY half-*** way and you have to cut your own material and fil up space, looks like shhhhht.

Thanks though bro.

Uh the third link I posted was to that exact wire harness. You do realize any way you put it in there is going to be a custom bezel right or they sell bolt in bezels? You need to google harder I could list all the links but I'm done here.

You are both shiny new members who don't know any better. However, in the future, you'll both realize that bowing to Hero rather than harassing him is the more appropriate gesture for your appreciation.

And I'd bet that Hero would also graciously accept your apologies.

Ha, thanks Ron but no need for bows but insults won't get anyone far with me. I wasn't trying to be a "smart ***" it's just when I look up something I don't know google is my best friend. I googled your topic and found those links on the first page, therefore I linked you to the first page I found. I'm really not a genius when it comes to a lot of things but I will do my research and find the answer no matter how long it takes. Good luck op and if you end up doing it do a DIY contribute to the community.

Hondapartshero,

I wasn't insulting you by calling you a smart ***, I was saying it in a joking way, lol. I know google has answers. I googled "S2k cluster swap in 99 si"

And only found 92-95 and crx swaps, I appreciate your help lol I only called you a smart *** because of the google thing doing step 1 and 2 then "was that so hard?"

I get it, you found it, thanks. When the wireworx plug & play comes available ill look into it.

Don't take my words personal bruh. Lol
