s2000 muffler on a ek hatch?

my friend put an s2000 muffler in a 92 sedan and it sounded good. anyone know if an s2000 muffler will fit under a 99 hatch? i know ill probably have to get it welded on, but i need to know if anyone has done this?

I've seen it on 6th gens.

rsx mufflers and 8th gen Si mufflers are also viable options.
