Re: Which route to NA? (4g63turbo)
.
you can get a gs-r and get the head ported and polished, skunk manifold, toda's or CTR/ITR cams, cam sprockets, CTR/ITR or custom pistons, thinner head gasket, VAFC or field's and a chipped ECU. get a ITR tranny and it should get you at 180-190 or pretty damn close.
the highest you can rev an ls block is 7200 rpm thats why LS/vtec isn't recommended. with LS/vtec, the power you want is between 6000rpm to 8200 and up rpm.

Hi,
If I was to go all-motor...what would need to be done for a good 180-190 whp?
Also how high can you rev a stock ls block?

Re: Which route to NA? (DragIIcivic)
LS isnt as bad as some think... depends on what car its going into. My lil bro's old CRX ran 14 flat to 13.8's consistantly all day. Just I/E/H as mods. He did have lightened interior.
