i got mine of with the aid of a torch when i was doing my suspension. you could try one of those little butene ones but i dont think they have the *****. also, you could try WD40, let it soak in that for a while.

Harbor Freight sells an impact screw driver tool that I used to remove mine. Basically it has a spiral housing inside and you whack the end with a hammer to drive the screw out. Go easy or you will just end up stripping it.
They are a real bitch to get out I know . You can always just drill them out and use a pair of vice grips to remove the stubs. You can order new screws from http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com (good luck finding metric, counter sunk screws anywhere else)
