Brake rotor screws rusted away! Can't get them out to replace rotors!
Any suggestions? I just got a full set of cross-drilled rotors, but I can't get these screws out. They are the two screws that screw into the hub!

try some wd40, a philips head that will properly fit, hammer it in, and turn
I was able to do mine. make sure you get a good sized screwdriver so it doesn't strup

so i've already drilled out my driverside rotors with this problem a month ago, and i couldn't break the rotor free even with the screws drilled out. any suggestions, besides taking the car to my mechanic?

Hammer. A big one.
OR if you want to be nice to the car thread some bolts in that fit the threads in the rotor and start torquing them down.

Any idea of what to do to get this one out? The piece you see sticking out in the middle is the broken bit to reverse drill it out!
