Have you checked the road for dead cats!??!
If you can pinpoint if its rear/front, left/right, pull the tire and visually inspect the suspension parts, make sure everythings where it should be and all in one piece.

Re: ride seems bumpy? help (frankcivic)
What tire and wheel size? Tire model? What suspension? When did the problem start happening? Did you do anything that might have caused it (i.e. hit a curb)?
Have you tried to determine where it is coming from? Front? Rear? Left? Right? Isolate the problem. Rotate tires. Check tires for abnormalities (blisters, flat spots) Have wheels balanced, and checked for straightness. Have an alignment done. Check wheel bearings, axles, and suspension components (especially springs and dampers) for damage/leaks/failure.
