Replacing SRS wheel w/non-SRS..how do I do this?
I want to replace my stock USDM wheel on my '92 CX with an JDM non-srs wheel.
I don't exactly know how to go about this... How do I safely remove the wheel and replace it?
Also, is there any way to get the SRS light to not go off/cause problems without removing the whole system? Like maybe just taking out a fuse? What are my options?
My main concern at the monent is just getting the actual swap done, as I've never replaced/removed a steering wheel before.
I will be grateful for any help!

i believe there will be a couple of screws simply holding the wheel to the wheel hub. The airbag is wired electronically so there will be a connector that needs to be...well, unconnected. That's it then just screw on the jdm bling-a-liciousness and pray you don't need an airbag anytime soon.

You have to remove the airbag before you can remove the stearing wheel. Be carful not to strip the tourcks screw. They strip very easily. After you remove the air bag instal the red conector thing to the end of the plug. The conector is atached to the underneath of your steering wheel. You have to remove the pannel to find it. Then you can remove the steering wheel. After the steering wheel is removed you can start to take off the rest of the airbag parts. Unscrew the three screws and unplug the black wire. The one thats thin like a ribbon. After you have removed this the steering colum will be ready for you to put on the non airbag wheel. It shouldent take more than 30 min. if everything goes right. Make sure that your wheels are straight and that the whell is aligned straight. Good luck whith this if you end up doing it.
