Default replacing my head from y7 to d15b7

if i was to get a d15b7 head onto my d16y7 block, would i need anything else from the d15b7 car to match it perfectly?

You'll need 1 head stud for the D15B7 (or from any '88-'95 D-series engine). That 1 head stud goes in the back passenger side of the block/head.
