i think your confused.... 10mm 1 bolt unless your car has been submerged in water for a number of years i dont see that bolt sieizing up...or maybe your using a 9mm socket and confused as to why it wont turn?? not sure...the bolt is located south of the hood release on 92-95 civics. and behind the glove box to the farest right for the 96-00 civic. but only you know what model year you have since you failed to tell us... and all 92-00 civics and 94-01 integra main relays are the same

there is only 1 bolt. so you are talking about something else not called the main relay... honda never welded it nor would they use solder. how do i know this? because its a part that doesnt require that extra material nor attention in keeping that bolt stuck on.

Part #9 is the main relay, #17 is the bolt. Make sure we're all on the same page and trying to remove the same bolts etc.

if your having promblems with the bolt try to tighten the bolt and then loosen it if that dont work get some nut buster to give the threads lubrication
