The main relay is under the driver's side cowl panel. Basically opposite of where the ECU is, but a bit higher, almost up to the bottom of the dash. You really have to reach up under the panel to get to it. There will be one 10mm bolt holding it onto the body panel. It's tricky to get to....just have to have patience. Use a shorty ratchet with a long extension and swivel socket. That works best from my experience.

You are looking for #17 in the image above. The relay is BIG, you cant miss it. Below is a pic of the actual relay. Hope the info helps.....good luck.

Dude, you're an idiot!! #17 is the main relay. I should know, I sell these parts for an F'ing living. Go smoke some more rock!!!
And to the author of this thread......NO, NO, NO, NO the car won't start with the main relay removed or disconnected!!! Why you ask? Because it controls the current going to the fuel pump, and the current going to the ignition.
Find #17 like I pointed out earlier, and remove it. Then do your soldering thing.
Here's a guide to get you started. This is on a CRX/EF, but it's in basically the same place on an Integra. GOOD LUCK.

okay i found out main relay but i dont see any problem with that main relay.
The Main Relay will click three times during the starting process. When problems arise, one of those clicks (usually the third) is missing, making those clicks a handy diagnostics tool. If you consistently hear/feel all three clicks, the Relay is fine. DO NOT REPLACE IT.
Turn ignition to ON (but not to START): Click 1
Check Engine light goes off: Click 2
You now turn the key to START: Click 3
but my teg engine light does not goes off.
it usally engine light comes on everyday.., so should i just change main relay?

So your check engine light stays on solid after you crank, and or start the car? If this is the case, your ECU is throwing a code.
1. What year is your Integra?
2. Find out your OBD version.
3. If you can figure that out go to the link below and do some research on how to check your codes.
4. After you find out what code your ECU is throwing, you can narrow down and diagnose the problem.

That should get you started.....let me know if you need anymore help.

I take it you have an automatic transmission????? You need to find the bad solenoids and replace them.
