After you take your rubber off, you can find two holes on the surface of the drum. Screw in two M8 to "pop" it out.
It's another story if you're talking about taking the brake shoes off.

once you take your rims off... the rear drums pop right off.. just tugg on them a bit. that easy.
but yea once you pull your rim off you will eithe have to pull hard or lightly tap the back of the drum cover with a hammer
