removing interior tar and caulking
well i already removed the tar and such but now all i have left is the caulking and the only way i can think to get it off is to scrape it, has anyone run across something that dissolves this ?
after i get that up do i need to get the paint all off to the metal or would i be able to just spray the interior with rustoleum and have it be the color i want ?

theres a writeup w/ pics in the FAQ section...
as far as prepping the interior for paint just hit it lightly with some red scuff and your good to go
*edit- dont forget to whipe it all down with a wet rag and let it dry before painting
