For all of the HT post patrol I tried searching didnt work. Just like the topic says I want to relocate the hood latch in my 95 civic ex. Just another measure to slow down punk *** thiefs. I have to take every precaution since thiefs have been trying to steal my brothers type r for the past 5 days.

are you talking about the actual latch under the dash or just the cable that runs down the inside of the fender to the latch? Doing the cable shouldnt be too hard.

take it all the way off and run it through the engine bay so they cant get it from the wheel well. After that, put it somewhere no one will find it!

Do whatever your brother does. Apparently he's kept his R from getting stolen for 5 years despite any number of attempts.

yeah I want to remove and relocate the cable. the only thing that stopped them from take my brothers R was that there were 3 other cars in front of it but they still broke in and tried to start it.
