well my car isnt starting but you can here the relays clicking,is there a way to test them? and what relay can cause the car not to start? im asking bout this first b4 i go on to anything else

Your first culprit is going to be the Main Relay ... but you don't specify the car on which you are having this problem. If it's a 92-95, bang the lower dash near the fuse box after you turn the key to IG1. That is usually enough to get it to click. It will need replacing (~$40) (or repairing) if the "percussive maintenance" technique above was all you needed to get you rolling.

If that ain't it ... well then shucks, I pass my ideas torch to someone else.
