You have a faulty rear switch or connection. If the main switch works then the sender unit should be fine. The possibility of a damaged connection or switch is very likely. So, check that the connection in the door is solidly connected to the door switch. If you have done any stereo modifications to that door make sure you haven't cut or dislodged the connection. If all of those connections check out, then you can be reasonably sure that the switch is bad.
It may be worth while to check all of your fuses while you are doing the diagnosis. It is always possible that some random fuse has blown causing the rear switches to fail. But it isn't likely that that is the root of the problem. It is more likely that the connection has come loose inside the door or that the connection has shorted or been cut.
