Integra sedan rears as a whole will fit, but for the top you'll either need to bolt them to the top (so they won't open), or remove the cover from the Integra seat and put it on your Civic seat.
Alternatively, you can use the rear seats from a 97-00 Acura EL. They will bolt in and line up perfectly, with no modification required.

It's easy, then. Use the Integra SEDAN base, and you have two options for the seat back. For either option, you have to use the complete Integra SEDAN seat back as well. For a sedan, there are two extra bits of cushion on the sides of the seat to fit the slightly wider interior that a sedan has. Coupe/hatch seats are a little wider at the seat itself, but do not have those side bits, and will leave a gap on both sides if used in a sedan. Use sedan rears without the side bits, and you'll have even bigger gaps.
Option 1: Remove the cloth/leather from both seats, and put the Integra leather/cloth on the Civic seat. It'll bolt right in, latch as it should, and allow you to fold the rear seats down, maintaining OEM capability.
Option 2: Notch your rear deck for the Integra seat clamps, and bolt it in. You will no longer be able to fold your seats down.
It's ultimately up to you, but in my experience, option 1 is more time consuming, but ultimately easier and better.
