That's wrong from what I've heard. Braking isn't improved, the FEELING in the pedal is improved.

i track my car with my disc conversion, using the stock CX brake booster and prop valve. Brakes feel fine. No problems. Mind it is just AutoX and not HPDE, not yet atleast

Just use the existing one. There is no need to upsize the master cylinder when doing a rear disc conversion, unless you are also converting to larger calipers up front. Honda didn't find it necessary to do (see EH3 non-ABS for example), and I don't either.

Wrong. The master cylinder size has no effect whatsoever on braking performance - only pedal feel.

It makes no difference what the car is being used for.

for rear only, fine I'm sure. I'm in the middle of front and rear, and I'm swapping to gsr 1" master, and brake booster with 4040 valve. Should be nice.
